How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Flowwagon ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit flowwagon.com, contact us, book a call or audit, or work with us.
Who we are
Flowwagon designs and builds AI systems, automations, websites, apps and software products for businesses. We work through two companies, depending on where you are:

That company is the "data controller" for your personal information. For any privacy question or request, email hello@flowwagon.com.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and do the work:
- Details you give us: when you use our contact form, your name, email address, business name and message.
- Booking details: when you book a call or audit, our booking provider (Cal.com) collects the details you enter, such as your name, email and chosen time.
- Project information: if you become a client, the information and access you share with us so we can build and support your systems.
- Technical information: our hosting provider may log basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and performance. We don't use it to identify you.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you the information or service you asked for.
- To arrange and run calls, audits and projects, and to invoice for them.
- To keep our website secure and working.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, on taking steps to enter into a contract with you, and on performing that contract once we work together.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers who handle data only to provide their service to us:
- Cal.com for booking calls and audits
- Web3Forms for delivering contact form messages to us by email
- Cloudflare for hosting and serving this website
- Zoho Mail for sending and receiving email
- Google Fonts for the fonts on this website (Google receives your IP address to deliver them)
We share only what's needed, and never pass your details to anyone for their own marketing. Some providers process data outside your country; where that happens, we rely on their contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request, plus a reasonable period in case you get back in touch, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct inaccurate data
- delete your data
- stop or limit how we use it
- withdraw consent, where we relied on it

You can also complain to your data protection regulator: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng); in Ghana, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.org.gh).
