The terms for using this website and requesting our services.
These terms apply to your use of flowwagon.com and to any enquiry, call, audit or service you request through it. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to them.
Who we are
Flowwagon ("we", "us", "our") works through two companies, depending on where you are:

What we do
Flowwagon designs and builds custom AI systems, automations, AI receptionists, websites, apps and software products, and runs AI audits that show where a business is losing time and money. We tailor every system to the business we're working with.
Enquiries, audits and quotes
- Information on this website is general guidance, not a binding offer.
- An AI audit gives you our assessment and recommendations based on what you share with us. It is informational and does not guarantee a particular outcome.
- Any quote is an estimate until we confirm it in writing. Paid work starts only once we've both agreed the scope, price and terms in writing.
Payments and refunds
Audits and projects are paid as set out in your quote or agreement. Our Refund Policy explains when payments can be refunded.
No guarantee of results
We bring care and expertise to every project, but we can't guarantee specific business results, revenue or outcomes, because they depend on many things outside our control. Any figures or estimates we share are illustrative, not promises.
Bookings
Calls and audits are scheduled through our booking provider. Please join on time, or let us know in advance if you need to reschedule.
Your responsibilities
If you work with us, you agree to give us accurate information and reasonable, timely access to the tools and details we need. Delays or inaccurate information can affect timelines, which are estimates unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this website belong to Flowwagon and may not be copied without permission. Ownership of systems and deliverables we build for clients is set out in each client's agreement.
Third-party tools
Our work often connects to third-party platforms, such as GoHighLevel, Make.com, WhatsApp, Twilio, Cal.com, calendars and CRMs. We aren't responsible for their availability, performance or policies, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Flowwagon is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
Governing law
If your contract is with Flowwagon LTD, these terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and disputes go to the courts of Nigeria. If your contract is with Flowwagon LLC, they are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Wyoming.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it last changed shown at the top.
